Ben works at the local elevator full & overtime. Jessie is a stay at home mom, including pet mom. We raise shih tzu's, AND sphynx cats! We have raised a couple small breeds in the past and placed pups for friends. We also have a nuetered shiba inu, Bear, who used to sire our wonderful shiba pups we raised a few years back, and we have a teacup yorkie pet, Midge, from our yorkie raising days. We have 3 wonderful little daughters. Some people say " You must be sooooo busy, how do you do it all?!" I am very busy BUT I don't have the hassles of city life or having to leave my home to go to a job, thanks to my wonderful hubby Ben. We all LOVE animals and this is a wonderful opportunity for us to be able to live here and follow our dream of raising healthy unique pets and show animals. Living in a small town in North Dakota offers many advantages to those who prefer a more relaxing feel to life, which we very much so do enjoy! I couldn't imagine fighting city traffic and deadlines every day. EEWWW!!! I hope we can get a pet to those who need that stress relief!! We are very proud of our daughters, even at their young age they help us out all the time, even with the workload. Its great, and truely a family passion! We strive to produce quality, healthy, beautiful, & unqiue pups & sphynx kittens. We poor out TONS of money obtaining quality healthy animals for our program and then caring for our animals to maintain that level of integrity. We have wonderful vet service at Missouri Valley Vet Clinic in Bismarck, ND, and also our own Sheridan Animal Hospital right here in town. Our pets go for their rabies vaccinations, we do not give them on our own, we do give our distemper vaccinations on a regular schedule. We have everything on record and you can be assured they've had proper vaccinations and vet care. Any questions can be answered by us or our vet and your vet can have full knowledge of the pups care prior to coming to your home this way as well. A vet can be the best reference when buying your new pet. Don't hesitate to ask any breeder for their vets phone #, if they won't give it to you theres a problem! Our animals eat TOP QUALITY FOOD, we feel it is of extreme importance for them to recieve proper diet to maintain all health aspects. Our dogs & pups eat Royal Canin & Blue Buffalo Holistic food. Our sphynx eat all Nutro Natural Choice food. Our dogs are litterbox trained, we use Woody Pet litter for the dogs, found at TSC. A few other products we use are quality shampoos, brushes, clippers, ear cleaners, face wipes, towels, cute clothing, eye drops, nutri-cal, pet beds, heated pet beds, blankets, baskets, expensive and safe disinfectants, sometimes bleach, dishes. And of course the vet office visits, vaccinations, any medications or care needed. As you can see there is alot of expense to being a breeder, or even a pet owner. Please know that this is NOT a way to "make a living" or anything of the sort. Most times you are going backwords in monetary form and time... your time is never paid for. Breeding is often round the clock care. It is for pure love of animals that GOOD breeders are out there. If you cut corners it WILL be noticed, the poor quality and sickness will catch up in the end. We are happy to say you can feel confident that we have offered the very best to our breeder animals & their pets so we can offer you a wonderful pet that can make you happy for many years with maintained quality care once they get in their new home as well!
